Parent/Patient Conduct

In an effort to provide a safe and healthy environment for staff, patients and their families- Lynchburg Pediatrics Inc. expects patients and family members to refrain from unacceptable behaviors that are disruptive or pose a threat to the rights or safety of other patients and staff. Please keep the below professional conduct in mind in your interactions within our office. Above all else, PLEASE be Patient and Courteous as you engage with our staff.

There may be times when you disagree with your child’s provider about the correct course of action.  As we listen to your concerns, please also listen to the provider and understand that they have your child’s health and well-being as their first priority. Our goal is always to make a plan that everyone is comfortable with, to the best of our ability.

Harassment and Exclusive behavior are
NOT acceptable, this includes but is not limited to:

  • Threats of violence or litigation.
  • Discriminatory jokes and language.
  • Personal insults, especially those using racist or sexist terms.
  • Unwelcome sexual attention.
  • Advocating for, or encouraging, any of the above behavior.

We will try our best to resolve differences by having our Operations Manager, Ericia Moses speak with you directly. Failure to uphold the professional conduct will result in immediate discharge from our practice.
